התארחנו בסטודיו המקסים של עפרה (שמגשימה חלומות לילדים והורים עם פינות איפור ומטבחים לילדים

מעבר לחבורה מקסימה של נשים ואוכל מעולה הצליחה הגר לגרום לנו לרקום ולרקום ובסוף הסדנא יצאנו כולנו עם פטריות מוכנות (וזה די נדיר

אחרי שכבר סרגתי כבר כמה פרחי קרושה, ודנדושה העלתה את פוסט הקרושה הזה, התנסיתי כבר בפרחי הורד המסולסלים והכנתי כמתנה לעפרה המארחת סיכת פרח צהובה (הצבע האהוב עליה

לאחר שסיימתי את הפטריה הזו, די ברור לי שיבואו עוד אחריה, עם רעיונות שונים, אבל בינתיים, קבלו את הפטריה הראשונה שלי, אמנם ללא הבובות האלה, אבל עם הבובות הפרטיות שלי שמכינה בכשרון רב עותי חברתי

וכאן עם הינשוף שהכנתי לפני שנה, כשטרנד הינשופים סחף את הארץ

last thursday i was a part of a felt workshop which Hagar gave us - 3 hours of pure fun and in the end of the evening we each finished our felt mushrooms.
i really enjoyed it and just know there is more felt in my near furure (-:


as a gift i made crochet flower pins for ofra the hostess and hagar

here is my sweet mushroom - i simply adore it' if i do day so my self LOL

and eventhough i don't have the sweet SONY ANGELS - i have the cute mini ghosties, made by my talented friend ooty

and here with my own little owl i made a year ago

השבוע סבב סביב ימי הולדת של חברות טובות (ובקנה עוד 3 ימי הולדת של אחייני ואחי) ולאחר תפירת התיק הזה נפתח לי התיאבון וליום ההולדת של עותי- ומי שעוד לא מכיר, עותי היא חברה טובה ומקסימה ומאד מאד מוכשרת שאוהבת המון דברים, אבל בעיקר ת-פ-ו-ח-י-ם

אז שולחן היצירה שלי השבוע היה עמוס בבדים ומה שהיה על הפרק היה זו אירגונית לתיק, עם המון כיסית קטנים, בכדי שכל

הדברים הקטנים, שאנחנו כ"כ חייבות תמיד שיהיו, יהיו מסודרים ומוכנים לשליפה מתיק לתיק

כך היא נראית בסוף, עם כריס תואם ותפור

my friend ooty has told me for so long about this, so i decieded it is time to join and have fun
with this, while exploring these amazing creative artists and their spaces.

this week is all about fabrics and sewing, a new found love for me. so for a couple of gifts i decieded to sew...

and since it was my darling ooty's birthday i made her a bag organizer, which hopefully will reduce the clutter in the handbag...and of cource it was made with apple fabric , especially for her

drop off at kootoyoo to get inspired and read all about it...

i love making gifts...

Remember i told you about my good friend ooty, and her great adventure..., well, tonight they're going on their vacation - three months away from the busy busy life -

an album will be a must when they come back, but in the meantime i wanted to give her little and adorable daughter, Gili, something to take with her - what can you make for an almost 5 years old girl?

i recked my brains out and finally (last night somewhre close to midnight) i screamed eurika (well i didn't actually scream, but you get the idea...)

i decieded to make her an envelpoe book, with 8 envelopes ,so she can collect anything she wants during their long trip.

i hope she'll enjoy it and bring us lots of souvenirs from all over... so we can make her a proper mini album with lots of goodies...

Another gift i've made last week was this magnetic memo pad shaped as an apron which i made especially for Navit, when i visited her last saturday for our very own crop - a mixed media mini album.

I still haven't finished it yet - i'm not sure what the subject of the mini album would be, so it's a bit difficult for me to finish it.

Navit ,on the other hand, did finish hers alredy, here.
the other present i gave her was a ceramic bowl - i love making these, especially in such bold colours.

חברתי עותי טסה לה הערב להרפתקאה שלה - 3 חודשים של חופש מוחלט וכיף אינסופי עם בעלה ובתה הקטנה, גילי

את הרעיון לאלבום שלהם כשיחזרו כבר יש לי בראש, אבל רציתי להכין משהו לגילי הקטנה, משהו שהיא תוכל לקחת איתה..אבל מה מכינים לילדה בת חמש, שתוכל לקחת איתה

התחבטתי עם זה כמה ימים וסופסופ שלשום בלילה, בערך בחצות (אז מגיעים הרעיונות הטובים, לא?) החלטתי להכין אלבום מעטפות שיהיו בו 8 מעטפות שבו היא תוכל לאסוף אץ כל המזכרות מהטיול הארוך

סיימתי אותו ונתתי לה אותו אתמול (היא נתנה חיוך גדול ומקסים והגניבה חיבוק ונשיקה - וזה אומר הכל) ועכשיו כל שנותר לי הוא לחכות 3 חודשים ולראות כמה דברים טובים היא אספה כדי שנוכל להכין לה איזה מיני אלבום, רק בשבילה

הדבר השני שמאד נהניתי להכין היה לוח רשימות מגנטי בצורת סינר, וגם קערה מקרמיקה, שאני אוהבת להכין, בעיקר כשזה בצבעים עזים - ואת זה קיבלה נוית כשעשינו את השבת היצירתית שלנו להכנת אלבום

נוית, כמובן, סיימה כבר את שלה - לי יש עוד דרך ארוכה ובעיקר מהסיבה שעוד לא החלטתי למה ישמש האלבום וזה קצת מקשה על סיומו - אבל הכיף העיקרי הוא באמת הכנה שלו וניסוי כל הטכניקות המעניינות והחומרים השונים - מקווה שבסוף השבוע הזה אסיים אותו

sometimes in life you come across people who have a tremendous impact on your life.

i have a couple of lifelong friends who i can share everything and who knows me oh so well...
but that's for another post...


about a year ago i got to know a great woman, in the ceramics course i've been taking for the past two years.
we immidiatly connected, but for the past few months got closer.

she's truely an insperation to me, both as a person and as an artist - and i'm proud to call her a friend.

she makes the most beautiful art and jewelery, from ceramics and also porcelain, but what i love mostly in her works is the way she paints and embelish her work, what i call allways "doodeling". and it's all 12k gold!!!

this is the start of my collection of her latest creations (i'm sure that's only the start... LOL)

now she and her husband and little girl (who i simply adore) are going for a long over due vacation for a couple of months -so i'll miss you my darling but i know you deserve it and hopefully you'll come soon with a lot of photos (an album is a must now) and great expiriences.

לפעמים לאורך החיים אנחנו פוגשים באנשים שמשאירים חותמם בנו ומשפיעים עלינו בכל מיני דרכים

לפני כשנה פגשתי בחורה מקסימה בחוג הפיסול שבו אני לומדת בשנתיים האחרונות ומיד התחברנו, אבל במהלך החודשים האחרונים התקרבנו אף יותר

לא בכל יום אפשר להגיד על אדם שהוא כולו טוב, אבל באמת - על עותי אפשר, ובפה מלא: הנתינה האינסופית, הרצון לשתף והטוב שניכר בה תמיד מעוררים בי השראה ואני גאה לקרוא לה חברה

יש לה בלוג מקסים ויצירות מדהימות ומקוריות בחימר, נייר ותכשיטים מחימר ופורצלן והכל מקושט בזהב 12 קאראט - וזו האובססיה החדשה שלי

עכשיו היא יוצאת לחופשה מבורכת (שכ"כ מגיעה להם) עם בעלה והבת הקטנה לטיול מעורר קנאה - אז עותי יקירתי, נתגעגע אליכם מאד, אבל מחכה שתחזרו בכוחות מחודשים, עם הרבה תמונות (יש לנו כבר את כל העזרים לאלבום מכובד...חחח
